Drunk Driver Hits Lorain Officer Cruiser
Lorain police say a 2017 Honda Civic rear ended an on duty 2010 cruiser at Oberlin Avenue and West 21st Street at 2:43 a.m. The officer, Todd Hite, 37, was treated and released. Driver Scott Harris, 45, showed signs of intoxication, failed field sobriety tests, and was arrested.
