Washington Ave parking site eyed in city plan
City council to study a new off street parking report by Ladislas Segoe and Associates. The Washington Avenue lot would provide 163 spaces, cost about 300 per space, and include extensive landscaping and terracing to fit the neighborhood. The plan reworks Second and Third Streets sites, aiming to balance short term parking near Ely Park hub.
