Barkleys of Broadway Shines with Rogers and Astaire Duo
Review lauds Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire in The Barkleys of Broadway at Loew's. Levant shines in a witty role and the musical numbers impress, while a light plot about marital tensions and a Parisian playwright keeps the pace brisk. The second feature The Dude Goes West stars Eddie Albert and Gale Storm.
