Municipal Judge Gordon J Burris fined 26 motorists 405 dollars plus costs at a quiet Traffic Court session. Strouse, of 1810 Fulford NW, was convicted on three counts of violating the Ohio Securities Act and the Brokers Fraud Act. The judge imposed no minimum term. a maximum of 10 years was set.
