Stark County Commissioners press ahead with nine point plan
In five months the Stark County Commissioners have advanced most of their nine point program. They completed courthouse housekeeping and pigeon control, began grandstand reconstruction, and funded courthouse elevator repairs. They considered microfilm to save space, new beds for the Stark County Home, a separate superintendent residence, and a courthouse heating system, while voting machines were rejected. Zoning, the only item delayed, may see a future commission to draft a countywide proposal.
