Athens Murder Trial Delayed
A youth charged with the slaying of Athens Episco pal Church worker Miss Eleanor Gifford demanded a trial by a three judge court. Grover E. Rawlins 18 asked the Ohio Supreme Court to appoint three judges to try him and co defendant Harry Dobbs Jr. 20. The case was set for a first degree murder trial in January 6 death. A Columbus bartender indicted in the death remains at large.
