ATLANTA July 14 AP Georgia counties with large Negro populations must place Negroes on jury lists the state supreme court ruled. The court said government by law requires jurors to reflect rulings of higher courts and ordered a new trial for John Crumb an African American convicted by an all white jury after pointing a pistol.
