A federal perjury jury of 12 resumes deliberations in the Alger Hiss case after a six hour, twelve minute session ended with the judge locking the panel in a Manhattan hotel overnight. Market N Widening Bids All Are Under Estimate

The project includes removing trees installing a 21 inch storm sewer relocating sidewalks and widening the 34 foot thoroughfare to 40 feet.
