Donald E Miller 20 of 414 13th st NW said he was traveling south on Route 43 at 45 mph when Mary Jo ran into his path He said he could not stop or swerve He noted his car skidded 33 feet and the girl was found about 46 feet from impact. Mary Jo was playing with a group of youngsters.

A 24 year old Canton man who walked away from the state reformatory honor farm at Mansfield last Thursday was arrested at 10 20 a m Sunday in the 2400 block on Cleveland ave NW driving a stolen car.
