Minot North Dakota October 11 Mrs Joho A Sullivan rushed into a room at the H P Tully home and returned with a pistol firing fatally wounding her husband who died soon after at a hospital. Sullivan has been placed under arrest and will be charged with murder according to the state attorney. The Sullivans, married June, had been living at the Tully residence after moving from Plentywood Montana.

Four Wheat Stacks Destroyed by Fire at L P Nelson Farm
Four wheat stacks were burned completely last Monday at the L. P. Nelson farm three miles west of the city while threshing was underway by Wm Kundiger and Ed Marks outfit. The threshing machine had just been moved and a few bundles tested before dinner. Most of the crew rushed toward the house when the fire was noticed, leaving only three men nearby.
