At a Monday meeting in Security Abstract Co office, Bowbells clubs members voted to incorporate the Commercial Club and pursue permanent status. Geo H Phelps led the incorporation report and was elected president with a board including Jerry Donovan and others. A $5.60 membership fee was approved to cover dues through September.
