New Chamber of Commerce of Beaver Formed
Beaver citizens met in the court room to launch the New Chamber of Commerce of Beaver. A temporary organization was formed with H. R. Barnard as chairman and Claude T. Smith as secretary. Members signed up as the permanent body begins, with a May 22 meeting to elect a president and set plans to boost local business and municipal services. The appeal urged taxpayers and businesspeople to join, attend meetings, and support growth. Beaver also concluded a Christian revival with thirteen additions to the church. Baptisms were held, and a Sunday pool baptism occurred out of town.

Airdome under way near Herald office for Spangler firm
Work progresses on a new air dome on the lot south of the Herald office for Spangler Brothers owners of the Globe Theatre. Mothers plan to equip the thestest approved maker and will hold an open theatre in the summer, with initial 2x construction and expansion to full depth later. N. D. Neff buys Beaver Heights lot and lays groundwork for a new home this week.

Commercial Club Elects Officers in Beaver May Meeting
The Beaver Commercial Club met at 9 p.m. Monday in the Court Room to approve committee reports and elect a new Board of Directors including E. D. Humphrey J. W. Culwell J. E. Spurrier W. T. Quine W. H. Robertson Claude T. Smith and Roseor Risley. The club also chose May 26 as Clone Up Day and appointed committees on membership and an executive slate.

Beaver Wins Over Cheyenne Aapahoe Indians 13 to 4
Beaver boys defeated a Cheyenne Arapahoe team from the Hammon reservation by 13 to 4 after a Saturday game where the Indians won 1 to 0. Large crowds attended both games, drawn by the recent ties and notable injure to Mrs J W Noble of Biz Mile who has been seriously ill this week.
