Cogger Nominated for Twenty Seventh Circuit Judge Seat
Albert B Cogger of Big Rapids was nominated by the Republican convention at White Cloud to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Judge J G Palmer in the Twenty Seventh Judicial circuit. The convention had adjourned from February 25 after 76 ballots without result and Laton released his delegates leading to Cogger's nomination.
