Badly Burned Woman in Gasoline Stove Accident
Mrs Batts suffered serious burns Saturday when gasoline spilled from a stove into a wash basin and flames ignited after a match was tossed into it. Her sister and Mrs Sargent acted quickly to smother the fire and aid her. Dr. McClinton attended, with prognosis cautiously hopeful.
