Twenty one Boy Scouts from Alma Troop 1 spent Friday night and Saturday training at Pom River side one mile west of the city. They pitched tents, had supper, played ball, swam, and told tales around the campfire. Watches were kept on the first night and breakfast was served at dawn. Though it rained, the boys say they had a fine time and plan a two day trip to Crystal after a week.
