Alma Michigan July 20 1920 the City Commission in regular session approved bills and heard health progress remarks from Mrs Brockway of the State Health department Commissioner Archer offered a resolution to vacate abolish and set aside South one rod of Hawley Lane except the alley running north and south across it the resolution passed with all commissioners voting yea the meeting adjourned afterward with motions adopted
