Campaign Drives Alma Endowment Toward $50,000 Goal

Francis King Alma College Trustee Plans Endowment Drive

Francis King a well known Alma resident and Alma College trustee will pledge eighty thousand dollars to the endowment campaign ending at commencement in June with twenty one dollars and each one dollar gift matched by one dollar during the four month period. The letter made public Monday limits personal liability to four thousand dollars but efforts will likely raise the gift to meet the endowment goal. The drive aims to match every thirty nine dollars raised up to fifty thousand dollars.
