Mania for Appropriating Bicycles Arrests Arthur Taylor
Arthur Taylor, convicted of bicycle theft, was sent to the Detroit house of correction for ninety days last November. While imprisoned, Hert Ferris of St Louis charged him on the same crime. After release, Undersheriff Button located him in Owosso and brought him to Alu. Justice Chadwick set March 1 for examination, bail denied, leaving him in the county jail.

Junior Exhibition Delights Despite Poor Attendance At Chapel
The class of 04 staged a strong junior exhibition in the chapel last Friday evening. Despite bad weather and limited attendance, nine speakers delivered well crafted orations on topics from art and charity to Cuba and foreign missions. Music by Mr Fuller, Miss Howard, Mr Bagley and Miss Oten accompanied the event as sophomores later entertained at Wright Hall.

Husband acquitted after brandishing gun in family dispute
In Dan Carter's dispute with his wife in a village, he drew and flourished a gun causing alarm. Undersheriff Button arrested him in Ithaca where he was held for examination.
