Henry G. Smh, a former congressman from Michigan's second district, died at his Adrian home after pneumonia illness. A W Wright of Saranac, Michigan, has sold his stake in Advance Thresher Co of Battle Creek as the giant merger with M Rumely Co of La Porte Indiana and Sout Company of Richton, Lind, completes.
