Injunction Granted Against Santa Fe to Halt Park Grading
The Union Investment Company won a temporary injunction from Judge Nicholson halting Santa Fe Railway grading through Richland Park. The order requires the track to be constructed within the city limits within one week or the railroad will forfeit its bonds.
