Tarborough Press subscription and advertising rates
The Tarborough Press published weekly by George Howard lists subscription at Two Dollars Fifty Cents per year if paid in advance or Three Dollars at year end. For periods under a year, Twenty Five Cents per month. Advertisements in excess of a square cost One Dollar for the first insertion and Thirty Five Cents for each continuation. Court orders and judicial ads cost Twenty Five Percent higher. Advertisers must mark the number of insertions or it will continue and be charged. Letters to the editor must be postpaid.
