The Yarborough Press announces weekly publication at two dollars fifty cents if prepaid or three dollars after year end. Subscriptions may be discontinued with notice. advance payers or those with references receive favorable terms. Advertisements under a square priced at one dollar for first insertion and twenty five cents per continuation. court orders higher by twenty five percent.

For building a pier at the northern extremity of Winnebago Lake in the Territory of Wisconsin, the sum of five hundred dollars is granted. For placing buoys at the mouth of Neenah River at the head of Great Bay in the Territory to mark the channel, the sum of five hundred dollars is authorized. Approved March 3, 1539.
An act provides a donation of one entire section of surveyed public land to the Territory of Iowa for erecting public buildings for the Executive and Legislative departments.
