Taos residents protest Spike 20P herbicide use

Taos Ski Valley to hold incorporation election

Taos County commissioners gave unanimous approval to hold an incorporation election on January 2, 1996, financed by the county. The vote followed finding Twining and Amizette residents met legal requirements after a census funded by Taos Ski Valley Inc. Bernal named chairman of pueblo council

Roy W. Bernal of Taos Pueblo has been elected head of the All Indian Pueblo Council after the illness of Harry Early of Laguna. Taos approves Three Eagles Fun Center despite noise fight

Taos Planning and Zoning Commission upholds Allen Vigil’s June approval of the Three Eagles Fun Center, despite noise concerns from the Esters Neighborhood Association led by Gayle Lux. The plan’s first phase includes an 18 hole miniature golf course and go kart track on five acres north of the Taos Spa and Tennis Club, with Phase two and a formal appeal possible through town council and District Court.
