Poker Run honors Duran to aid hemophilia patients
The first Annual Nilo Duran Memorial Poker Run took place in Questa on June 18 to raise about $1,000 for hemophilia families. Up to 32 riders joined, with participants from Questa Los Alamos and Taos. The event started at 9 am, rode the Enchanted Circle, and returned by 4:30 pm. Coordinators Monique Trujillo and Sangre de Oro Inc. praised sponsors and planned a Las Vegas event next year.
