Jung forced to sell liquor license in settlement
Jung and the state Regulation and Licensing Department reached a May 28 settlement preventing Jung from operating Liquor License No 724 or leasing it. The Don Quixote Lounge, run as Jungs General Store, had four violations since 1996 for serving alcohol to minors via a drive-up window, leading to a suspension and a mandatory show cause hearing. The Don Quixote closed on May 12 after being found not on the approved list.

Town budget targets salaries projects in 1998 99 plan
