Lore, Love and Legends of Moreno Valley history book
Moreno Valley memories recall illegal New Mexico gambling in the 1930s with big players between Las Vegas and Eagle Nest. The Moreno Valley Writers Guild gathered 80s and 90s residents stories for a lay reader history, aided by Dr. Carlos Vasquez. The 208 page work, Lore, Love and Legends, credits Angel Fire locals and the chamber of commerce for support.
