Taos High grads celebrate diverse ceremony despite Richardson no-show
About 175 seniors from THS and Chrysalis and Casa Corazón schools graduated on Friday May 27 in Taos with humor and a few glitches as Bill Richardson canceled due to bad weather and a misfiring electronic voice disrupted the program. Secretary of State Rebecca Vigil-Giron urged ethics and civic participation while longtime Taos High staff and alums lauded persistence and pride guiding graduates into a new beginning.
