Sewer block floods First Northern Savings and Loan
Moat town employees faced a holiday busy day when a blocked sewer flooded the basement of First Northern Savings and Loan, closing the bank for a day. Manager Steve Trujillo said two toilets overflowed as staff rescued records from ankle-deep water while town crews worked all day to clear the main line suspected to be cold weather and grease.
