Local doctor indicted on sex counts in state court
Dr. Harvey E. Black, 35, of Liverpool, on leave from two suburban districts, was indicted on two counts of first degree sexual abuse, one count of third degree sexual abuse, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
