Fair director calls 60 fairgoers after complaints at state fair
State Agriculture Commissioner Nathan Rodgers says the fair is breaking attendance records thanks to Peter Cappuccilli who personally handles comments and calls about issues. About 60 attendees received a call in the last 11 days, including one from Cappuccilli after a complaint about obstructed views during a Tom McGraw concert. The director says customer service treats attendees like VIPs, with five to six calls daily and rest answered by staff.
