Syracuse man John Doxtator 47 and War ners man John Pickard 33 pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated. Doxtator, a presumed repeat offender, requested a preliminary hearing for Nov. 16 with $1000 cash bail. Pickard faced $500 cash bail and a license hold after colliding with Anthony Manobianco at Burt and S Salina Streets.
