The Pope denounces modern secular drift and calls for universal morality rooted in Christ. He warns that denying Christian teaching leads to chaos, paganism, and disordered state power, urging solidarity, charity, and restraint under higher law to restore peace.

Carollo testified he delivered campaign money from gamblers to Pendergast.
Tokyo reports Sir Robert Leslie Craigie met with Vice Foreign Minister Masayuki Tani to discuss reopening the British Japanese conference on the Tientsin dispute.
