Carroll secretary to Kings County Judge George W Martin took full responsibility for allegedly deceptive methods used in the Senate ouster proceedings to settle the jurist's accounts He testified that debts were secondary to the judge whose indictment loomed and that he acted on his own initiative in attempting to settle creditors contracts and mortgages.

Taxi Driver Held In Fatal Shooting in Edgewater
