Prosecutors dropped a felony sodomy count and Albert could face up to a year in jail and a 2500 dollar fine. The accuser Vanessa Perhach testified detailing the February 12 hotelroom incident including bites and forced sexual acts. NBC terminated Albert hours after the plea.
