County signs 911 deal with Motorola
Madison County supervisors approved a Motorola contract to install 911 equipment and train staff by year end with system use expected in spring after six years of work. The board also approved a 35 cent surcharge on phone bills to fund the project and reviewed numerous personnel, procurement, and service items including autopsy services with Onondaga County and a 13 thousand dollar Seatbelts Are For Everyone grant.
