Police hunt a late 30s man who fled with 1700 dollars from the Merchants Bank North Syracuse drive‑in window yesterday. A cigar box claimed to hold a bomb was found later empty after EOD confirmed no explosives. Eight employees and 3–6 customers evacuated as investigators from multiple agencies searched for clues.
