An 18 year old youth drowned during an early morning swim at Hiawatha Lake in Onondaga Park. William Michlovitch of 200 Gray Street, with four others aged 14 to 24, swam after 1 to 2 a.m. Officials said swimming is not permitted and a sheriff's dive team recovered the body after 7 a.m. The group said Michlovitch pushed fellow swimmer Howard Evans into seaweed before disappearing.
