Cicero eyes USAir move with new office park zoning
Cicero officials propose an office park district on 219 acres and a 19 acre office park zone on land abandoned by the Air Force to attract USAir Group Inc. while forecasting a possible relocation of a reservations center from downtown Syracuse. A 50 acre rezoning for a 600 unit apartment project was approved, and a Texas developer plans a 12 million dollar garden apartment complex on reclassified land.
