Library brings reference through Mobile cable TV
Mobile residents gain home access to a library service via Teleprompter Cable TV on channel 4. Patrons call a librarian who reads and displays materials, with maps and diagrams shown on screen. The service runs 2 to 3 hours daily, aiding shut ins and visually impaired users.
