Court grants grandparents visiting rights
An appeals court in New York ruled grandparents are entitled to visit their grandchild Amy, reversing a lower court decision. The Brooklyn Appellate Division found that animosity between a parent and grandparents is not a valid basis to deny visitation and returned the case for setting visitation conditions.
