Knudsen Attacks Police Chief Pay Plan in Clay
Democratic supervisor candidate R Allan Knudsen criticizes proposed state legislation that would automatically raise police chief salaries to match negotiated police raises. He says it would undermine board chief objectivity and trigger a domino effect on other department heads wages in Clay.
