Chrysler sales rise in Syracuse area in May
Chrysler Corp. auto sales in the Syracuse zone reached 6,641 units last month, up 44 percent from May 1975. Dodge dealers sold 2,330 cars, up 53.8 percent, and Dodge truck sales were 787, rising 58.4 percent. Chrysler and Plymouth dealers combined 3,524 autos, up 36.6 percent from a year earlier.

Amtrak Raises Fares Across Most Routes Next Week
Amtrak announced a 5 percent fare increase on coach tickets for most trains starting next Tuesday, including routes through Syracuse.
