Burnet Zoo joint city county funding approved
Syracuse lawmakers approve a plan to fund Burnet Park Zoo as a joint city and county facility. A staff committee will report within 60 days to finalize the arrangement. The IBM data processing bid restriction was rescinded, and OCC's 10.4 million 1976-77 budget was approved.
