Arrest results in more charges and a family incident
A man, Raymond Johnson, 35, was arrested on Thursday after trespassing charges and charged with second degree obstructing governmental administration resisting arrest and second degree assault. He fled during a pat down and was caught after a chase ending in a backyard. Minor injuries were reported for Johnson and Officer Straub. Separately, James Moore Jr., 20, was charged with second degree assault after throwing jars at his father during a dispute at 157 W LaFayette Ave Syracuse.
