A 20 year old South Side man and an 18 year old Preble woman were arrested for violating a city ordinance after beer was found in Upper Onondaga Park at 7 25 p m They received summons issued against Robert McIntyre 20 of 316 Arlington Ave and Laurie A Smith 18 of West Valley Road Preble They were to answer to the counts in city Po Nee Court today. Police Officers Kenneth Baker and P C Tayntor reported the discovery of two half empty beer bottles in their possession.
