Driver killed as car flips on Salmon River Road
Malone Ontario man William King, 36, of Cornwall Island died when his car spun out of control on Salmon River Road and flipped. Police said there was no other vehicle involved and that the accident likely occurred last night, with the car found around 6 a.m. King was alone, traveling south near Route 37 in Fort Covington.

Baby Found Safe After Lincoln Hospital Abduction
A two month old girl abducted from Lincoln Hospital on June 23 was found safe at 2:30 a.m. in front of the St. Pauls rectory at 117 Warren Street Brooklyn after an anonymous call directed police. The note on the child identified the infant as Olga Gonzalez Vargas and she was taken to Long Island College Hospital in good condition.
