Mother charged in baby's death in Syracuse case
A Syracuse woman, Valdajcan Perry, 25, is charged with second degree manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child in the June 15 death of her infant son Dale Robert Perry. Her husband, Dale Perry, 26, faces endangering welfare charges. Eyewitnesses saw the baby repeatedly dropped by his mother. Both to be arraigned in state Supreme Court.
