Bosses Tour Fort Drum Training Flights With Guard Crews

Water main break stalls NYC traffic

A 48 inch water main broke near Fifth Avenue and 23rd Street flooding streets and halting traffic and early rush hour subway service. No power loss reported as crews redirect trains on the Lexing ton IRT and Broadway lines. N and RR halted between 57th Street and City Hall while 28rd Street is closed.

Iran settles $419.5 million with Export-Import Bank

Iran pays $419.5 million to settle hostages claims from 1979, the largest payout by the Ex-Im Bank in its 49-year history. The settlement covers direct credits and guaranteed loans for American goods, including Boeing aircraft, GM locomotives, and GE components.
