A 20-year-old Manlius woman, Karla J. Rigling, was killed early today in a hit and run on Route 92 in Pompey while on her way from her fiancé’s Cazenovia home. Deputies said a second, stolen car crossed the center line and fled. Police noted the stolen vehicle was taken last night from Cazenovia Auto Clinic. witnesses were being interviewed.
