A National Weather Service forecaster at Hancock Airport says windy conditions continue tonight with occasional showers and a chance of a thunderstorm. Tonight's low around 50. Tomorrow remains unsettled with occasional showers and a high near 50.
AP reports two armed inmates seized a guard and a civilian staffer at the Western Correctional Diagnostic and Classification Center on the north side of Pittsburgh. About 900 inmates were confined to cells as James Wigton coordinates negotiations. No injuries reported. staff have established contact with the inmates to resolve the situation.
